At Teddy Blake, we take pride in our Italian craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury handbag. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your handbag in its original dust bag and protective box to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
